COMPLEX RULES

• No smoking/Vaping/Tobacco products

• No pets allowed on premises/ no support animals

• No skateboarding/Roller skates on premise

• No alcohol (for UMR events only-on schedule of events)

• Electronic gates open at 7:00 AM, close at 10:00 PM

• Please turn off court lights if last member 

• No chairs, tents or other table equipment on the pickleball service of courts

• Member guests will sign electronic waiver on website, pay the guest fee before entering play

• Overflow & event parking will be on north side of complex

• All travel buses will park on the north side of complex, not enter parking lot

• Members and guests will behave responsibly, keep complex clean, accept these rules set forth above
